DesignTasker is an on-demand design service, that takes care of all your graphic, technical and web design needs. It allows you to outsource any volumes of small design tasks to a dedicated team of designers.
DesignTasker is different from freelance and crowdsourcing platforms. It works like your personal virtual design assistant. A dedicated project manager is assigned to your account. Every time you post a new task, your enquiry is routed to the same manager. This allows to streamline the process and make communication easy whenever you get back to iterate on your ongoing projects.

You can use DesignTasker for artwork customization, design and content updates, vector graphics, digital retouching and photo manipulation, product clipping, file conversions and many more.
A Task is a separate design project with a clearly stated objective and a set of requirements. It could be small design tweak, graphic adjustment or large projects like brand identity or website redesign.
Regarding the scope of problems to be solved, tasks are completed in various amount of time. Small design tasks are completed in 24 hours during business days. Larger tasks are completed within an agreed time frame. Your account manager will inform you about the expected turnaround time in his first reply. If your order is time sensitive, please tell us in advance and we will consider the possibility of expeditious delivery.
When a task is completed, you will receive an email with a work for you to approve. Due to the quality of the work we deliver, we have a large first-time approval rate. In case you would like to see an adjustment, feel free to request a revision. Any additional improvements are made free of charge. Review an update and approve the files when you are happy with the result.
If you do not approve the work or request an adjustment within 10 days, the task will automatically be marked as delivered.
Once you create a task, a project manager will get back to you with a timeframe and pricing. A designer starts to work on your job immediately after you proceed a payment. All tasks are paid for individually. A minimum payment of one hour is required per task.
After you have surpassed a $1,000 mark in payments you can apply to pay on account either weekly or monthly.
When you pay for a job, the money is not immediately transferred to the designer. Instead, it stays in a holding account until the job is completed, at which point the funds are released. If you’re not happy with the result, payment will be returned to you in full.
